1. Do you need to make an appointment?
We ask New Patients to schedule their new patient HERE - active patients may come in anytime during our Walk-In Hours or may make appointment online for an Afternoon or Saturday visit.
2. Do we take insurance?
Many of our patients insurance and utilize through the “self-reimbursement” method. Our office will not bill your insurance, however after you have completed the “New Patient Initial Care” we will provide you with a receipt or a Superbill with the appropriate diagnosis & treatment codes for insurance reimbursement. The amount of coverage or amount of visits you will be reimbursed for is all dependent on your insurance provider/program, we encourage you to reach out to your insurance company to get accurate information on your coverage and confirm they will accept a Superbill for self-reimbursement.
3. Do we take HSA/FSA?
Yes, we accept Health Savings Accounts & Flexible Spending Accounts and they're associated cards in our office. Please make sure to bring your HSA/FSA card to your first visit.
4. Do we provide same day adjustments?
Yes, we provide same day adjustments after the new patient examination.
5. Do we provide massage services?
Yes, we have a massage therapist in house that provides therapeutic soft tissue services. Types of Therapeutic massage offered include: deep tissue, lymphatic, sports massage, prenatal massage, and complaint specific massage (ie Sciatica Massage Treatment).
6. Do we take X-rays or require them?
We do not take X-rays in office, nor do we require them for most cases. After your first visit your doctor will recommend and suggest X-rays if necessary.
7. Do we help extremities like feet, ankle, knees, hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders, TMJ?
Yes! Not only do we assess and address subluxations of the spine, but we also care for dysfunction within different extremities, from ankle sprains to carpal tunnel, or TMJ dysfunction to shoulder injuries we are here to help align all joints in your body.
